Hybrid Training Program

$250/month — 3-month minimum

Professional guidance + flexible independence.

Includes:

  • 1 in-person 50-minute coaching session per month

  • A monthly custom workout plan delivered in our customized coaching app (branded for You First Fitness, with video demos and instructions)

  • Direct texting support with your coach

  • Option to add extra in-person sessions at standard rates

Hybrid Onboarding & Safety (Month 1)

To qualify for hybrid/off-hours access, we first confirm you can train independently and safely.

Eligibility:

Hybrid/off-hours access begins after Month 1 and after you’ve completed 8 coached sessions, demonstrating safe, independent equipment setup and exercise technique. If more time is needed for safety, we’ll simply extend onboarding (often to ~6 weeks).

What we cover in Month 1:

  • Equipment setup & adjustments (racks, cables, benches)

  • Safe technique for your key movements

  • Studio etiquette & lock-up checklist (cleanliness, neighbors, noise)

  • How to modify, pause, or message your coach when something feels off

Gym Access Guidelines (for cleared hybrid clients)

  • Off-hours access may be available once you’re cleared

  • Keep the studio tidy and follow the lock-up checklist

  • Be mindful of noise and our neighbors

  • For everyone’s safety, access can be paused if policies aren’t followed

Rarely needed, but yes — if safety or policies aren’t followed, we may pause access and do a quick refresher.
